Holding a leadership role, the OEM Support Engineer is accountable for offering installation, maintenance, and operations support to Field Support Technicians, Field Support Engineers, customers, and internal teams. This role acts as the main point of contact for project planning, site management, and commercial customer interface. It also develops and maintains programs to support and address complex issues with installations, products, technologies, and industry standards and regulations. In order to maximize work activities and concentrate on the ongoing improvement of customer relationships and satisfaction, this position typically operates autonomously with little daily supervision or guidance.
