In line with our policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Wellness and Spa Management, the Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing professional skincare, body care, massage services and wellness education in order to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction and maximize Wellness and Spa revenue. Exceptional guest service and the understanding of guests needs are an essential part of this role due to the one-to-one nature of the position. The ideal Spa Therapist candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service.
