A leading IT solutions provider based in Cayman has an excellent opportunity for a SOC Analyst to join their Security Operations Centre team. As the SOC Analyst you will actively monitor cybersecurity threats and risks organisations face daily. You must be able to work at a technical level, capable of identifying threats and vectors that cause security events, and follow defined procedures for mitigating said threats. You will work collaboratively to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents as well as develop, maintain, and follow procedures for security event alerting. As the SOC Analyst you will perform tasks including monitoring, research, classification and analysis of security events that occur on the network or endpoint.
