SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER, FULLY REMOTE & WORK FROM HOME

As a senior support engineer, you will be involved in everything from responding to straightforward questions about our service from potential clients to put up a local proxy to troubleshoot incoming Web3 requests. You will be in charge of making sure that we rapidly resolve customer issues and, if that isn't possible, of turning those issues into things that our developer team can do something about.
