Senior Support Agents handle more difficult client-reported issues using our tools and apps. They have access to back-end tools for more complex troubleshooting and have excellent technical expertise in a number of our products. Senior Support agents will contact extensively with technical peers across the whole organization while still being client-facing. Candidates wishing to enhance their technical abilities and have extensive experience supporting software applications and customers should apply for this position. This is a fully remote, permanent, full-time position. You can work from anywhere.
