Senior Support Agents handle more difficult client-report issues with our business's software and solutions. They have access to back-end tools for more complex troubleshooting and have excellent technical expertise in a number of the products offered by our organization. Senior Support agents will contact extensively technical peers across the whole organization while still being client-facing. Candidates wishing to enhance their technical abilities and have a substantial background in customer and software application assistance should apply for this position. This is a fully remote, permanent, full-time position. You can work from anywhere.
