Your primary goal as a Senior Data Analyst on the Product Engagement team is to gain a thorough understanding of the company's user journey, from first installation to long-term retention, and to apply that knowledge to specific targeting and engagement strategies. In order to assist us target the appropriate user with the right action at the right time, you will map out how various user segments navigate the product, pinpoint friction points and opportunity windows, and suggest certain interventions (content, messaging, features, timing).
