You will negotiate supply agreements, establish collection programs that consistently bring high-quality NdFeB scrap to our factory, and form alliances with scrap yards, OEMs, e-waste/recyclers, and magnet manufacturers. From the initial call to the delivery of the load, you will be in the field, on the phone, and in the data—owning the pipeline.
