Our 2 Month Internship is an ideal way to gain work experience in the crypto world. The internship will allow you to work with and learn from industry leaders in finance. From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom but also experience our unique workplace culture.
After completion of the HAYVN Research Internship, participants will be well equipped to take their first step in working full time in crypto whether at a crypto VC, fund or project. Interns will leave with a portfolio of work that should aid in landing jobs either at HAYVN Research or other similar businesses.

Your Field of Responsibility:
Depending on the candidate's background, candidates can expect to spend the majority of their internship doing one or multiple of the following exercises.
Asset deep dives
Theme deep dives
Building out valuation frameworks
Streamlining workflow between data sources
Mentorship and open Q&A with the head of research
Your Team:
During the term of the Research Intern’s Internship, the Research Intern will be working directly with the Company’s Head of Research.
Your Expertise:
You are completing your final year of your bachelor’s degree in one or more of the following fields: Finance, Economics, Information Systems or Computer Science.
In particular, you have:
Strong analytical abilities.
Open to learn.
Proficient in excel, R or similar coding languages.
Passionate about blockchain and digital assets.
Basic understanding of financial valuations.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken), other languages would be an asset.
