As a semiconductor research engineer, you will be responsible for the device-level validation of our materials work, measuring electrical performance by passing innovative thin-film stacks from deposition through patterned test vehicles. Using both internal and external lab resources, you will design and conduct short-loop experiments that show how materials and interfaces translate into device behaviour.
