Research Engineer (Applied AI Research), visa sponsorship and relocation to Japan handled by company

You will oversee applied research projects from start to finish, including designing experiments, putting prototypes into action, conducting assessments, and transferring replicable artifacts to engineering and product teams. In addition to participating in other areas, you will possess at least one deep technical domain (such as context modeling for agentic systems, embedding model creation and evaluation, or online or continuous adaptation/fine-tuning pipelines).
