The day-to-day management, performance, and operational oversight of our client's land-based and online gaming companies in Namibia will fall entirely under the purview of the General Manager. A strong background in iGaming, online casinos, sportsbooks, and gambling operations, together with knowledge in land-based casinos, slots, or LPM environments, is ideal for this senior, hands-on leadership position. Strong business acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to oversee revenue, risk, compliance, teams, service providers, and company performance across various gambling channels are all requirements for the ideal applicant.
