The program manager is in charge of managing one or more projects at once in an effective and efficient manner. They are also accountable for ensuring that the projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established specifications. Along with overseeing other PMs, this person is also in charge of making effective use of all assigned employees and any related third parties.
