In this position, you will work independently as well as with the Home Dialysis team to teach, educate, and support patients receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis in their homes. As a member of the Home Dialysis team, you will aim to promote a secure, instructive, and effective learning environment. You will also communicate with and provide assistance for the nursing staff employed by the rural satellite units affiliated with us.
