We're looking for a registered nurse who can provide and supervise efficient, appropriate, and culturally sensitive patient care for patients of all ages who need stabilization and/or resuscitation. Important responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice; triaging and prioritizing care needs; crisis intervention for particular patient populations (such as sexual assault survivors); and emergency operations readiness; adherence to the ANA's Professional Practice Standards; and active involvement in quality monitoring and performance.
