RECRUITING & HR INTERN | REMOTE

As our uncompensated Recruiting & HR Intern, you work closely with our HR Manager, in recruiting new talents as well as optimizing HR processes. Your day-to-day tasks include:

Tasks

· You are in charge of full cycle recruiting of your own positions - from publishing job ads and conducting interviews to hiring our new colleagues. · You learn how to ensure the best candidate experience throughout the recruitment process · You support the onboarding process of new team members as well as the day-to-day administrative tasks across HR · You think outside of the box and proactively advance topics such as Employer Branding, Company Culture and Retention.

Requirements

· You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program and looking for a mandatory internship · You are highly interested in HR & Recruiting topics · You should be fluent in English - German language skills are a plus · You are self-driven with a hands on mentality · You have the ability to organise work and prioritise tasks · You consistently aim to get the best solution for the company and our people
