We are currently looking for a talented and passionate experienced Recruiter to join our fastest growing e-commerce business. Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following: Conducting end-to-end recruitment cycle; Partnering with People team and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy; Taking a creative and strategic approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates; Ensuring our candidates have an amazing candidate experience; Taking ownership and initiative to change /develop effective processes; Supporting and managing strong relationships with our hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure effective and successful hiring; and using data on pipeline mechanics for continuous improvement.
