To address any potential behavioral or academic issues, have meetings with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators. Attend educational conferences and workshops for professional development to sustain and enhance your professional competence. Rules for classroom behavior and student conduct should be established and followed. To assess students' progress, prepare, give, and grade tests and assignments.
