This role is located in the Project Management Office of the Customer & IB Operations Division. The purpose of the Division is to build a consistent and highly effective customer relationship management function that consists of the customer support part (includes self-service) and the account management part plus a few supplementary functions such as training, quality assurance, customer experience, workforce management, operational excellence, etc. The purpose of the PMO Team is to support all these functions in the area of execution of their strategic initiatives and stand-alone projects.
