In order to support the leadership team on important projects and to take the initiative in driving implementation, you will closely collaborate on the junction of regulation, technology, and operations. Your main objective is to ensure that our key strategic projects run as smoothly and ambitiously as feasible and to give all engaged stakeholders the ability to complete their assignments. You will have the opportunity to manage all business activities, interact with all teams, and comprehend the process of creating a financial institution from scratch. With the agility of an early-stage start-up and the support of a highly skilled workforce with extensive industry knowledge, you'll have the best of both worlds. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks in your work, from coordinating projects with various parties to moderating and participating in debates about particular topics.
