Clinical Ink is seeking a Product Support Intern to join our Product Support team based remotely across the United States! The Product Support Intern's job responsibilities include the following:

  • Oversee inbound cases from emails and web forms, assigning correct Study, Site and Contact before routing

  • Route inbound email cases for the Product Support team, assessing and assigning cases based on provided requirements

  • Initiate and solve simple emailed case requests (i.e. password resets, account activations)

  • Receive, prioritize, and draft internal documentation for Data Change Requests in a timely and efficient manner

  • Route Data Change Requests internally for signature before execution

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders/project team to ensure accuracy and timely execution of Data Change Requests


  • Current college student or recent graduate

  • Desire to work in IT, customer service, product development, or technology

  • Familiarity with computers and standard business software applications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong work ethic, driven to complete tasks accurately and quickly

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to read and understand complex problems and act accordingly

  • Drive to provide excellent customer service
