Each project within the innovation process will be assessed for its technical and market feasibility, with a user-centered focus. The PO role will be central to the innovation process and responsible for conducting both primary and secondary user research, benchmarking, and the market landscape. The PO will decide if the idea is solving a real necessity and, along with the rest of the innovation team, will prioritize which ideas are executed, aligning them with the company strategy. As a product owner in the innovation group, you will be responsible for driving a product from idea to Proof of Concept. The PO role requires leadership capabilities and strong decision-making skills. You will be responsible for defining which projects to fund and developing a point of view through a thorough understanding of the diverse opportunities presented. As a PO, you will lead the whole innovation process (from idea to investment) with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive these ideas to life.
