Your task will be to oversee a group that develops search as a product. Be in charge of deciding on a long-term strategy for the integration of the search engine technology stack with the rest of the business funnel. Own the development of the business case for search engine enhancements and oversee the improvement procedure and research. You will oversee Product Managers, fostering teamwork, career progression, process improvement, and the overall expansion of a top-tier product management practice. You will oversee key components of the product roadmap, as well as curate and share roadmap updates from various teams. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional partners from the product, engineering, and data science sectors to bring teams together around a common vision and direct execution in that direction.
