To manage and maintain our rare-earth metal production facility, we are searching for a skilled plant operator. You will be in charge of the daily operations of our pilot-scale production lines, including the management of induction furnaces, vacuum systems, high-temperature reactors, and material handling from feedstock preparation to completed metal. As we move from pilot to commercial production, you will play a crucial part in increasing throughput and uptime while upholding the highest safety and quality requirements.
