We are now looking for a Physiotherapist Assistant to join our welcoming and supportive team. You'll actively advance best practices and make a positive impact on quality improvements. You'll gather and organize data, analyze it all, and come to a defensible conclusion. You'll then make this knowledge available. Main duties of the job
Assisting Registered Physios on the ward
Provide a high level of customer service to all patients, consultants, and hospital teams
Maintain an efficient bookings system for all physiotherapy patients, using a computerized system
Stock Replenishment
Assess the health and well-being needs of people whose needs are relatively stable and consistent
Help to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Physiotherapy department
Support with administrative tasks
Who we're looking for:
Caring, compassionate and empathetic nature
Previous experience working in the healthcare sector would advantageous
Good administrative, organization, and IT skills
Passion for a high standard of patient care
The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple workloads

Qualifications
Essential
You must be a qualified physiotherapist with a valid HCPC registration
You must have at 3 years of post-graduate experience
Experience in orthopedics and/or MSK experience is essential
Ability to manage a patient caseload independently
A driving license/own transport is essential for this post due to the location of the hospital it is not accessible through public transport and taxi services are not often reliable to get to the site often.
