As People Operations Specialist, you will be part of our growing People Operations Team, a four-people team (including you) based out of Germany, the US and China. Your mission is to focus on the needs of our employees (or as we like to call them, 'Spatialists') and support them through their employee journey. Your work will greatly contribute to our company culture and in ensuring a unique employee experience. You will be joining our Global People & Culture Team working with colleagues from nearly 10 different nationalities who are passionate about people and culture, and about scaling our global set-up to meet our ambitious growth goals. This role is open to both part-timers and full-timers and you can choose to work from our Munich office with a flexible hybrid setup or remotely from anywhere in Germany. We offer full visa and relocation support for international candidates.
