An experienced project manager for people operations is needed by this organization to join the people operations team. In addition to supporting the management of our HRIS and other People systems and acting as a cross-functional resource between People team functions, this individual will be essential to the project management and execution of important People initiatives. As a direct report to the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations, you will collaborate closely with each individual on the People Team. Strong problem-solving abilities, an attention to detail-oriented approach, familiarity with Workday, and a customer-focused mindset are essential qualities for the perfect candidate.
