PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME
Our most important resource, our people, needs to be developed, hence we're looking for a people operations manager! In order to create a high-performing environment, we are looking for an HR generalist and culture champion to collaborate with our business leaders. In order to streamline our operations and empower our workers to perform at their highest level, you'll build a variety of important people initiatives and internal HR processes in this capacity. We're looking for an individual with a love of organizations who has achieved success in a developing start-up. You'll strategically construct our programs for employee engagement, complete rewards, performance management, and organizational design. This role is fully remote.
