PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We are presently seeking a Partner Account Manager for the EMEA market, working fully remote. This role serves as a key point of contact and liaison between us and strategic partners. This position is responsible for managing partner relationships to guide partners after onboarding towards first success and sustainable growth in the EMEA region. You will be owning our overall account's success and relationships. To manage it effectively you will need to monitor and drive customer business performance, software usage, technical incident resolutions, level of engagement of customers, and overall satisfaction. Data-driven consultative approach and problem solving will help you ensure that our partners are maximizing their market potential. The ideal candidate has experience as an Account Manager or Success Manager and Sales in tech, owned relationships with multiple accounts, owned and upsell, and is comfortable with the challenges of a fast-growing startup.
