We are looking for an Operations Associate Intern to join our team and support our organization by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our Human Resources operations.
The responsibilities include completing various administrative tasks, enforcing the organization’s policies and standards, and assisting with recruitment activities.
Ultimately, you will work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational tasks are completed as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
Support the onboarding and offboarding administrative workflows
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience or interest as an Operations Associate or similar role
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to be detail oriented
Strong computer proficiency
Strong administration / organizational skills and interest
Experience with gmail, google cloud, databases, excel, or similar software is beneficial
