Your main responsibility will be to assume control of our current operational tooling, ITSM installations, and knowledge applications with the goal of customizing the environment by compiling stakeholder requirements and converting them into best-of-breed solutions. You'll need to be adaptable as you support our constantly changing tool landscape and develop our knowledge management solution. We accept applications from anyone everywhere. We will only cover the cost of a Certificate of Sponsorship for you, including the Immigration Skills Charge (ISC), if applicable, if your employment is subject to sponsorship under the UK points-based immigration system. The cost of your own visa application and the Immigration Healthcare Surcharge will be your responsibility (IHS).
