Essential Criteria


  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy – New graduates welcome to apply!

  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility prior to commencement).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • National Police Check (Criminal History).

  • Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.

  • OT Australia Membership or willing to join

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with children and young people.

  • Commitment to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering quality services.

  • Overseas candidates with a completed Stage 1 Desktop Audit (OT Council) are encouraged to apply — 482 visa sponsorship available.
