To join our team, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager that is very analytical. In order to support the growth of our current business, this role will be primarily focused on customer success and expansion sales. It will also be responsible for overseeing the systems and procedures that are used for goal tracking, analysis, sales funnel optimization, forecasting, and reporting. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations is this position. Due to the emphasis on expansion sales, you will work closely with the Director of Account Management on a daily basis. Additionally, you will stay in close contact with the Marketing, SDR, and New Business teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and interconnected.
