In order to maintain and operate the system and our product at scale within the organization, the Customer Reliability Engineer team interacts with engineers in a customer organization and selects and trains a small number of employees. We are searching for a CRE who can clearly explain cloud technologies and complicated distributed system platforms to SREs in customer organizations as well as customers.
