You will manage and collaborate closely with one or more departments at Clipboard Health in your capacity as a people partner. Understanding each department's business objectives can help you determine how best to support those teams by working backward from those objectives. You'll spend a lot of your time collaborating with members of those departments, getting a sense of what they do on a daily basis, and assisting the department managers in proactively addressing personnel issues that might ultimately delay or prevent them from achieving their business objectives. You will also be in charge of day-to-day operations, including sending out offer letters, managing any personnel issues that arise, reviewing and processing changes to titles, managers, etc., and other duties.
