Your job as marketing operations senior analyst is threefold: (1) maintaining, optimizing, and integrating our main CRM, HubSpot, across the company; (2) working with Marketing to build datasets, reports, and lists to report across the company; and (3) working with Marketing and Sales to unlock trends and opportunities within our CRM for marketing and sales prospecting. You will work closely with business partners across multiple teams (Marketing, Sales, Client Success) to ensure proper data recording and reporting, and you will be able to drive key quarterly KPIs related to lead generation.
