Job Description

Ashwood is looking for a Graduate Marketing Communications Specialist Intern to manage our online communication with clients and undertake daily tasks to ensure the organisation's efficiency and coordination of activities.


We'd like to speak to you if you're interested in getting work experience in discovering and developing long-term connections with high-profile clients, as well as indulging in content management. This position would oversee Ashwood's marketing activities by promoting the company's services and building brand popularity on digital media platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Producing written material, editing, and proof-reading as needed for a variety of communication channels and assets, such as creating executive summaries and candidate feedback reports for clients.

  • Create unique communication and marketing materials - presentations, briefings, and reports that will maximise Ashwood's message, support programme objectives, and contribute to the industry.

  • Monitor the corporate website and social media accounts and respond to client inquiries.

  • Conduct market research on potential clients, competitive intelligence, and new developments

  • Keep up to date with industry-specific trends and actions used to interact with clients.

  • Perform daily responsibilities to guarantee the organization's operation and coordination of activities.

  • Develop ideas for digital advertising and promotional activities for Ashwood.

  • Improve Ashwood's social media presence through multiple means.

  • Write blogs about industry and hiring trends and share them on social media channels.

  • Execute modest administrative tasks involving liaising with clients and planning meetings


Requirements and skills

  • Proficient in the use of information technology systems, particularly Microsoft Office programmes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, as well as the ability to communicate properly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Multitasking skills in a complicated and demanding setting with the capacity to establish and sustain extremely productive working connections with a diverse group of people (both internally and externally).

  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities, as well as a dedication to teamwork and working in a collegiate way.

  • Advantageous to have prior familiarity with digital content management technologies such as WordPress, Prezi, and Canva.
