As a Management Associate in Product & Technology (PTX) Operations , you will partner with our Leadership to source, define and operationalize strategic partnerships of the PTX organisation with its key stakeholders. Your work will be elementary in growing the PTX organisation’s maturity and efficiency. In this role you will be a key partner to the Senior Director of PTX Operations and create a well functioning collaboration between the product and technology teams and management with Business Operations, Risk, Compliance and other partners. In this, you will be leading in understanding the context, synthesising it, deriving a strategy and steer the change to its implementation for seamless collaboration of management and within project work.
