We are looking for people that share our beliefs and are dedicated to helping underrepresented communities, such as the LGBTQIA+ community.

As a volunteer, you will:
Conduct assessment of staff capacity to implement M&E tools and systems to assess program impact
Support the development of training resources and conduct training sessions with staff on results-based gender-responsive planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures and practices
Support the development M&E systems and tools to collect disaggregated data and to conduct program impact assessments
Support the development of gender responsive and results-based indicators to monitor and report on the effectiveness of program implementation
Support the development of M&E database and creation of M&E reports
Support staff capacity building in grants management and monitoring
Essential Requirements:
University degree in social/political sciences, international development, human rights, gender studies, social work, law, public policy, or related field.
Essential Background:
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position (s) related to the promotion of gender equality, diversity and/or women’s development issues
Experience working with government agencies
Experience working with senior management
Experience in training and facilitation
