LIFECYCLE MARKETING INTERN | REMOTE

This new role will assist with lifecycle marketing, participate in project management, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. The right candidate will embrace learning new technology tools, identify opportunities for improvement, and care about our user experience. Training and mentorship will be provided. There will be opportunities to interact with different teams within our marketing and sales departments and gain exposure to various aspects of the marketing function.

The lifecycle marketing internship is perfect for anyone with excellent organization and communication skills and a mind for data-driven marketing. We expect that you will be able to conceptualize compelling marketing campaigns, coordinate their delivery, and analyze their results to make strategic recommendations.

This position is ideal for a recent grad or current college student looking to build their career into a data-driven one, and who wants to make a significant impact at a growing startup.

This is a paid part-time REMOTE internship.

What will you do?

  • Day-to-day execution of multi-channel Customer lifecycle Marketing programs and initiatives to help our users successfully onboard, use our product features, and retain users. It includes but is not limited to email, in-product marketing, webinars, and on-site

  • Build, test, and optimize how we engage with users across the lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, and loyalty.

  • Partner with our Business Development team to leverage integrated marketing campaign opportunities.

  • Closely monitor engagement metrics, identify areas for growth, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders and the broader Marketing team

  • Maintain our editorial calendar

Qualifications

This is an entry-level position, and we will train you on the job, but we are looking for as many of the following abilities as possible:

Nice to have

  • Previous marketing experience

  • Previous B2B and B2C experience

  • Experience working with using Amplitude, Google Analytics, Braze or other email marketing tools, Pipedrive, Webflow, and in-product messaging tools

  • Worked with creator-oriented tools (design, audio/video)
