The Know-Your-Customer (KYC) & Onboarding Specialist, You will thereby work closely with the Partner Management, Operations and Payments team. You will be responsible for ensuring that every partner connection is completed within the standards of a quality assessment framework and together with the account management team, support partners along their onboarding journey. Additionally, as the KYC Specialist on the team, you will assist partners going through verification checks to provide a secure environment according to Payment Service Provider regulations. Working so closely with our partners, you will be expected to provide feedback and contribute ideas on continuously improving our onboarding processes.
