To be successful in this role, you must combine the art of analytical thinking with the art of design to create both usable and useful products for both our customers and respective internal stakeholders. You must possess a strong set of visual design fundamentals, a good sense of web and app design, superb craftsmanship, and an acute attention to details. Knowing the difference between what looks good, what feels good, and what you think is good, in terms of design, will give you a great head start.
