JUNIOR TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPER INTERN | REMOTE

This is a remote position. The Jr. Training Content Developer Intern will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager of PSC University, PSC’s internal Learning Management System (LMS), with overseeing the development of new training content, job aids, story boards, assessments, and other supplementary training content for learners. In this role, you will build connections while working with Subject Matter Experts and use their feedback to create quality and accurate training materials. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, “to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development”.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Subject Matter Experts / Instructors to develop, manage and create detailed training content for our online internal ACE Learning Management System (LMS) platform for a blended online learning experience using recommended templates and with guidance from the PSC University Project Manager.

  • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and quizzes

  • Manages overall learning content progress on PSC University, generates weekly and monthly status reports, reports month KPI’s and suggests areas of improvement for process improvement.

  • Edits and maintains online learning materials and content.

  • Builds and maintains relationships for internal and external stakeholders for PSC University. (Stakeholders include instructors, subject matter experts, university professors and staff, and more).

  • Develop a familiarity with the ACE LMS system.

  • Ensures high level of customer service.

  • Additional job duties and responsibilities may be assigned.


Requirements

  • Working toward an Associate degree and or bachelor’s degree

  • 0-2 years experience in training and development or communications or related field.

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to simplify complex content into written and e-content

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to details under pressure.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.

  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
