We are looking for a Junior Technical Software Support Analyst to assist our customers with issues encountered while using our SaaS products. As a Junior Technical Software Support Analyst, you will be the first contact point for our customers. You will play a vital role ensuring requests are handled efficiently, and escalated to the correct team for further analysis where needed. You will be troubleshooting customer queries directly related to the software; recommending solutions; and guiding product users through features and functionalities. You will also be responsible for creating and updating technical knowledge base articles for customer self-service. This is an entry level position with growth opportunities into technical support and other technical teams. You will learn all about Data management and integration into various ERP systems; automated business process management and supplier relationship management while getting technical in SQL scripting and various other technologies. Find and resolve complex technical issues across a range of customer scenarios.
