You’ll work with the technical account management, product, engineering, and guest relations teams to drive the performance of our partner integrations and offer high-quality vacation rentals to our customers. HOW YOU’LL ADD VALUE:
Perform manual quality checks of existing and new partner integrations
Monitor data accuracies and product performance
Create clear, reproducible bug reports & identify patterns across all partners
Work together with technical account management, product and engineering teams to ensure we offer high data quality to our customers
Check and analyze both customer complaints and bug reports from our guest relations team
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
Have a high awareness for quality & an understanding of the customer's point of view
Have a high attention to detail & love finding edge cases
Have a structured & systematic way to analyze product anomalies and their severity
Ability to provide qualitative, constructive feedback that helps reproduce and solve bugs
Are fluent in English, German is a plus
Are interested in the digital industry, preferably the travel industry
Are interested in extending your technical knowledge and have experience with ticketing systems
Have a flexible and open mindset
