The Data Analyst will support Our Client Service team by collecting and organizing data in a way that it can be used to identify useful business trends. Update and manage existing analytics database to keep reports up to date. Utilizes historical data sets to create reports and visuals for teams to leverage in decision making. Conducts research on specific areas of opportunities. Examines and evaluates business practices and systems and provides suggestions aimed at streamlining operations. Provides support with technical writing and editing as needed
