We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will have an opportunity to make a great impact company-wide, as you work with the Head of IT to deliver exceptional IT service. You will provide excellent technical support in a mixed Mac/Windows environment. You will help install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with local and remote troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you are a creative problem-solver and eager to help our users with all supported platforms. Previous work experience with Cloud/SaaS platforms and Single Sign-On (Okta or Onelogin) is required.
