You will collaborate with our staff members to help them use internal technology and ensure they have the greatest experience while answering to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT. You will be trusted with a variety of responsibilities, including helping users by resolving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, etc.), managing user accounts and their lifecycles (onboarding, offboarding, and follow-up with external employees), identifying software and hardware issues on users' devices, and maintaining the office videoconferencing systems. You'll always uphold the highest level of security and privacy.
