Flummox is an aggregator of online micro-brands, which leverage online marketplaces such as Amazon and Shopify to market everyday consumer products. Backed by a team of industry leading investors and advisors, Flummox grows high potential online consumer brands into winning international direct-to-consumer businesses with its technology-driven and streamlined operations platform.

We’re building a diverse team of talented, business savvy doers with the right experiences across Amazon, eCommerce, supply chain, tech, finance, and investments to help build our engine and grow our portfolio companies into category-leading direct-to-consumer brands.

About the role As our first junior hire in the investment team, you will have a central role in structuring and managing the investment pipeline to support Flummox rapid portfolio expansion of D2C e-commerce brands. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter and entrepreneurial mind to support a freshly funded company with sourcing opportunities and executing M&A deals while helping the founders to grow the business organically.


  • Connect with the FBA community and source attractive investment opportunities

  • Improve investment & sourcing processes for deal execution & monitoring

  • Assess deal opportunities quickly and weekly present attractive companies to the investment committee

  • Analyse historical financial information and run M&A financial models

  • Perform full due diligence and execute deals from start to finish

  • Be a fundamental support to the founders in future fundraises


  • Some prior experience in consulting or investment banking preferred

  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritise work effectively

  • Fluent in English plus another European languages desirable

  • Desire to work in a young & fast-growing start-up
