As an Outpatient Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, high-quality, direct care for patients with End-Stage Kidney Disease (EKSD) who depend on dialysis treatment. You will assess patient needs, monitor dialysis treatments, educate patients and their families, and work with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
